Inspection fees and repair timing

Inspection fees are $49 for mobile devices and $79 for laptops and PCs. The inspection fee is waived when you proceed with the repair.

Mobile repairs normally take one hour. Laptop and PC repairs normally take 1–3 days. Timing depends on diagnosis and parts availability; specialist repairs may take longer. Confirm the estimate for your device with the team.

Quotes and timing

Repair options depend on the model, diagnosis and parts. Confirm the total repair quote and estimated completion time before authorising work.

Your device and data

Back up important data before a repair if possible. Tell the technician about any files you cannot access. Repair and recovery outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

One-year repair warranty

FoneEZY provides a one-year repair warranty. Ask the team for the coverage details for your repair. For a concern about previous work, contact the team with your receipt or job reference and details of the issue.
